Tally Up is built on a simple principle: your financial data should remain under your control.
What stays on your device
Section titled “What stays on your device”All calculations — including forecasts, projections, and reports — are performed locally on your device. Your financial data is never sent to Tally Up’s servers.
Sync between your devices
Section titled “Sync between your devices”Your data syncs across your devices via your own iCloud account. Tally Up has no involvement in this transfer — it goes directly through Apple’s infrastructure under your Apple ID.
Market data (security prices and exchange rates) is fetched independently on each device and is not synced via iCloud. See Securities and FX Rates for details.
